Under the contemporary trend of environmental degradation, the range of environmental damages has already transcended one specific national boundary and become problems that bothering people from all over the world. The ozone depletion, for instance, has exposed the earth to greater ultraviolet radiation, which exerts immeasurable influences to every corner of the world.
